How we work
Understand the process. Build the smallest useful system. Improve it from real use.
Aeleno keeps delivery close to the people doing the work. The objective is not to produce a long technology design before anyone sees the solution; it is to reduce uncertainty early and leave behind something the business can understand and own.
1. Show us the process
Walk through what happens today: trigger, people, data, decisions, handoffs, exceptions, existing tools and the places where work stalls or gets repeated.
2. Shape the smallest sensible solution
Decide whether the process needs a Power App, Power Automate workflow, SharePoint/List structure, a combination—or a simpler change. Licensing, permissions, data structure and ownership are considered before they become surprises.
3. Put a working version in front of real users
Validate the workflow with the people who actually perform it. Their behaviour is better evidence than assumptions made in a design document.
4. Make the operational path clear
Finish with appropriate documentation, ownership, connection assumptions and knowledge transfer so the solution does not become a black box after launch.
Scope discipline
A focused engagement should stay focused
If the original problem can be solved without a larger platform programme, that is a feature rather than a missed upsell. If the process genuinely requires premium licensing, Dataverse, stronger governance or a broader architecture decision, that should be visible before implementation expands around it.
Start with what happens today
You do not need polished requirements. A real workflow, the people involved and the current friction are the useful starting material.
