Aeleno

Power Apps development

Turn a manual business process into an app people can use where the work happens.

Power Apps is most useful when a process needs structure, validation and a clear user experience but still belongs close to your Microsoft 365 environment. Aeleno designs the app around the workflow first, then selects the simplest sensible data and automation layer behind it.

Typical use

Good Power Apps projects have a concrete operational job

Inspections and quality checks

Guide users through consistent checks, capture evidence and make follow-up work visible.

Inventory and production

Scan or enter operational data without making a shared spreadsheet the front end of the process.

Maintenance and field work

Give mobile users a focused interface for tasks, status, notes and recurring operational records.

Internal administration

Replace ad-hoc forms and disconnected lists with a controlled experience for recurring business processes.

Delivered experience

Examples from real operational work

Orchard and packing operations

Apps covering quality inspections, maintenance planning, picking, safety reporting, visitor reception and packing-line workflows.

Inventory and production scanning

Structured product movement and operational capture using Power Apps with SharePoint-backed data.

Excel-to-app modernisation

Evaluation and conversion of spreadsheet-dependent processes into maintainable internal applications.

Finance and internal operations

Purpose-built interfaces for receipt review and other structured internal workflows.

Architecture

Use the lightest data platform that still fits the process

Not every app needs Dataverse or premium connectors. The design should consider existing Microsoft 365 licensing, data volume, relationships, permissions, audit needs and future ownership before adding complexity. Where SharePoint or Microsoft Lists is sufficient, that can be the right answer; where it is not, the limitation should be explicit early.

Have a spreadsheet, form or process that should become an app?

Describe how the work happens today, including who uses it and what goes wrong. That is enough to assess whether Power Apps is a sensible fit.
